A Chilean Food!

I live in Chile and one of my favourites food is "Tomaticán" which one is a salad but very delicious plate. It comes from our indigenous people in the area, Mapuches.

It has a variety of ways to cook it. It's made with vegetable oil, onion, with 600 gr of beef, in small pieces, oregano, tomatoes and corn. Fisrt you fried the onion till its soft. Then you fried the beef too till its golden. Add a variety of herb to seasoning it. In addition add square pieces of tomato and its juice with corn. At least cook it for 8 - 10 minutes and "walá" it's finished. Finally you can eat it with some boiled potatoes or white rice. Enjoy it!
